Basic Troubleshooting

Technical difficulties can occur for all sorts of reasons. Most commonly, they are caused by out-of-date browsers, slow internet connections, security software blocking our pages, etc.

If you are experiencing any technical difficulties, before anything else, you can try a few of the following quick fixes:

  • Restart your computer
  • Clear browser history, cache, and cookies
  • Try to access from different browser
  • Try to access from a private browser

If none of these work, please try the following:

  • Check for a firewall, ad-block, or any VPN's running
  • Access the website from a different internet connection
  • Access the website from a different device

You should also make sure that your internet speed has a minimum of 30Mbps. You can check your internet speed here:

Learners are required to access the dashboard and courses from a PC or Mac computer.
