How to Manage or Cancel Your Subscription

The My Account section is where you'll find details about your account including Profile, Password, Certificates, Notifications and Billing.
- In your Student Dashboard, look for your name in the upper right corner, click the dropdown and locate the 'My Account' section.
Step 4: Select the Billing Section
The Billing section is where you'll find details about your subscriptions and payment history.
To view comprehensive details regarding your existing subscriptions and payment records, simply click on the ‘Billing’
Step 5: Access Your FastSpring Account
FastSpring is our trusted payment processor, managing all subscription transactions securely.
- You might be prompted to enter your email address to verify your identity and protect your account's security.
Step 6: Confirm Your Email and Access FastSpring or Stripe
You'll need to confirm your email address to continue to the next step.
- After requesting access, you should receive an automated email from FastSpring or Stripe containing a link to your account.
- The email should be sent from "[email protected]" - Please check your spam in case the email does not arrive in a few minutes.
- Open the email and click the link to access your FastSpring or Stripe account.
Step 7: Locate Your Subscription
Once in your FastSpring or Stripe account, you'll find an overview of your subscription.
- Look for the 'Manage' button in your dashboard.
- Click on 'Manage,' and you should see the option to 'Cancel Your Subscription.'
Step 8: Initiate the Cancellation Process
This is where you can begin the cancellation process.
- Click on 'Cancel Your Subscription.'
