How to Reset Your Password
If you’ve forgotten or lost your password to our learning management platform, don’t worry! It’s easy to reset and gain access back to your account. Follow the simple steps outlined below to successfully reset your password.
Step 1: Identify Your Account Type
Start by going to our login page. Subsequently, determine the age of your account. If you created your account before November 21st, 2022, you need to sign into our legacy platform. You can do this by clicking on the button that directs you to the legacy platform.
If you created your account on or after November 21st, 2022, you can use the standard login screen.
Step 2: Click on ‘Forgot Password’
Regardless of your account type, you will find a ‘Forgot Password’ option on the login screen. Click on this option to initiate the password reset process.
Step 3: Enter Your Email
After clicking ‘Forgot Password’, you will be prompted to enter the email address associated with your account. Input your email and hit ‘Reset’.
Step 4: Check Your Email Inbox
Once you’ve requested a password reset, it may take a few minutes for the reset email to arrive in your inbox. Don’t panic if it doesn’t show up immediately.
Tip: Don’t forget to check your spam or junk mail folders as well. The email may inadvertently land there.
Step 5: Reset Your Password
The password reset email will contain all the instructions needed to create a new password. The sender will likely be our learning management system provider, ‘Thinkific’. Please ensure you open this email and follow the steps inside to reset your password.
