Accessing and Managing Your Student Account

This article guides you on how to access and manage your student account . It includes step-by-step instructions on how to log in, navigate the dashboard, manage your profile and access resources according to your subscription.

Logging into Your Account

1. Visit FinancialCrimeAcademy.org.
2. Click on the 'Login' button at the top of the homepage.
3. You'll be directed to a new page, where you'll be asked to input your email address and the password you used during registration.
4. Input your credentials and click the 'Sign in' button.

Navigating the Dashboard

Upon successful sign in, you'll be directed to your Student Dashboard. This is your personal space, where you'll find all the resources available to you based on your subscription.

• Online Courses: You can access a variety of courses based on your subscription.
• Certification Programs: Access certification programs that provide you with recognised qualifications.
• Webinar Library: Enjoy our extensive library of webinars.

The dashboard also provides you with useful links including:

• Upcoming webinars
• Release roadmap of upcoming courses
• Opportunity to book a meet-and-greet session with one of our customer support agents
• Contact information for customer support.

Managing Your Account

To manage your account settings, locate the 'My Account' tab on your dashboard. Here you can:

• Get an overview of your enrolled courses.
• Update your profile information.
• Change your password.
• Access certificates that you've obtained.
• Adjust your notification settings.
• Manage your billing information.
• View your order history.
• Contact support.

Depending on your subscription, you might also be able to access affiliate settings. At the bottom of your dashboard, there is a 'What's New' button that provides updates on any newly added content.
