This article provides a clear, step-by-step walkthrough of the updated procedure, including how to complete essential learning path components, unlock your certification, and access it directly from your student dashboard. We aim to ensure you have all the information needed to navigate this journey with ease. Let’s dive in and get you closer to your certification!

  1. Log into your account: After logging in, you will see your student dashboard.
  2. Navigate to certification tracks: On the left-hand side of your dashboard, under “certification tracks”, you can see all the certifications currently available.
  3. Select a certification track: For example, you can select the CFCP (Certified Anti-Finance Crime Professional) certification. The process demonstrated in this video applies to all other certifications as well.
  4. Complete learning path requirements: Each certification has specific learning path requirements that must be completed. If you attempt to proceed without completing the necessary coursework, a pop-up window will alert you that the learning path is incomplete.
  5. View learning path: You can view the details of the learning path from your student dashboard. This will list the required courses for the certification, all of which need to be completed.
  6. Ensure all components are complete: Once you have completed all required courses and overviews, your certification will be unlocked.
  7. Complete and continue: Click “complete and continue” to update your progress after each course or overview.
  8. Unlock your certification: After you have completed all requirements, click “complete and continue” to unlock your certification.
  9. View your certificate: You can view your certificate from your student dashboard under “my certifications”. The certificate may take a moment to load.
  10. Download or share your certificate: The certificate can be downloaded as a PDF, and a link to the certificate can be copied and shared on LinkedIn or other social media platforms.
