Accessing Online Courses and Validating Certificates

This support article provides a step-by-step guide on how to access your online courses, obtain course completion certificates, and validate those certificates.

Accessing Your Online Courses

  1. Go to the homepage of FinancialCrimeAcademy.org.
  2. Navigate to the 'Online Courses' section or scroll down to view the available courses.
  3. Choose the course you want to take and click on it.
  4. This will open a new window with the course player.
  5. You'll first be asked to complete a disclaimer. After this, you can access all course materials on the left-hand side of the screen.

Obtaining Your Course Completion Certificate

Once you've successfully completed a course, your completion status should read 100%. After achieving this status:

  1. A dialog box will appear, where you can directly download your certificate.
  2. Alternatively, you can obtain your certificate from your student dashboard. Simply navigate to 'My Account', then click on 'Certificates' to view all your completed courses and associated certificates.

Validating Your Certificate

Validating your certificate allows third parties, like potential employers, to verify your certification. Here's how you can validate your certificate:

  1. Under 'My Account', go to 'Certificates', and click 'View' next to the relevant course.
  2. This will show you the certificate you've obtained. Each certificate comes with a unique Certificate ID.
  3. To validate your certificate, go to FinancialCrimeAcademy.org and navigate to the 'Verify Certificates' section.
  4. Enter your unique Certificate ID into the provided field. Your Certificate ID can be found at the bottom of your certificate.
  5. Click on 'Validate' to complete the process.

When a third party validates your certificate, they will have access to the certificate you've obtained, as well as its expiry date (if applicable) and issue date.

You can also download the certificate as a PDF, share a link to the certificate, or share it directly on social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, or Twitter.

Remember, your accomplishments are worth sharing and validating your certificate adds credibility to your learning journey. Enjoy your learning experience with FinancialCrimeAcademy.org!
